Bruce to be loose?

It's possible...

Didn't the board actually approve Bruce last time... and the governor put the brakes on it?

Or, am I dreaming...

It's hard to remember everything. LOL

It's all starting to run together... like a big blur...

I hope this guy doesn't get out. He's dangerous.

The only real difference between Bruce & Tex is that Tex did multiple killings at once. Bruce was more of a "one on one" kinda guy.

It seems to me that Davis was approved for parole by the board, but it also had to be approved by then Governor Schwarzenegger and he denied it.

It also seems to me I seen a pic somewhere of Debra Tate in a swimming pool and Arnold Schwarzenegger was tickling her foot. It was a very old pic, I doubt if Debra was 20 years old. Kind of a conflict of interest.

Yeah Sunset...
Interestingly enough...

HERE'S a photo of Arnold with his hand on Susan Atkin's shoulder, while visiting the women's prison years ago.
Susan had some gorgeous legs!

Funny how Arnold's life kinda intertwined with these folks, on both sides of the issue.

Although...
Meeting Susan didn't seem to sway Arnold's compassion for her, a whole lot.
Arnold still strongly opposed Atkin's "compassionate release" request, when Susan had brain cancer and an amputated leg.

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger also opposed Atkins' release, stating that: "I don't believe in [compassionate release]. I think that they have to stay in, they have to serve their time ... [T]hose kinds of crimes are just so unbelievable that I'm not for the compassionate release."

The "Governator".

Oddly enough, Vincent Bugliosi supported Atkin's release!

Vincent Bugliosi, who prosecuted Atkins, said he was not opposed to her release given her current condition, adding that she had paid "substantially, though not completely, for her horrendous crimes. Paying completely would mean imposing the death penalty."[31] Bugliosi also stated that he supported her release in order to save the state money. The cost for Atkins' medical care since she was hospitalized on March 18, 2008, has reportedly surpassed $1.15 million with additional cost of over $300,000 to guard her hospital room."[30] Bugliosi stated that he was challenging the notion that "just because Susan Atkins showed no mercy to her victims, we therefore are duty-bound to follow her inhumanity and show no mercy to her."

Ultimately... neither Arnold or Bugliosi made the final decision.

The decision was made by 11 members of the California Board of Parole Hearings.

The 11 members of the California Board of Parole Hearings ultimately denied Atkins' request in a unanimous decision after final deliberations.

Hi Sunset!

I think naughty Arnie has tickled lots of feet during the years. LOL.

Based upon the fact that he has at least one illegitimate son, I do not think it was feet that he was tickling...

I honestly dream of winning the lottery so I can fly all the blog regulars out to one of these hearings. We are in need of a group barbaque and hodown, don't you think Lynyrd. Maybe we could get Grogan's or Kitty's band to play. You know Gypsy would take the stage. But apparently that would scare the Col so forget that. Ah, to dream.

Billy Joel is quite the musician...my hat is off to him.

"In the middle of the night, I go walking in my sleep, thru the valley of fear...to a river so deep. I'm searching for something, taken out of my soul, something I'd never lose, Something somebody stole."

That sums it up why I'm even following this case. I spelled it out before.

I hope that explains me somewhat....peace out!!! :)

In the middle of the night...I go walking in my sleep...thru the desert of truth...to the river so deep....we all end in the ocean...we all start in the stream...we're all carried along...by the River of Dreams, in the middle of night....

"I don't know why I go walking at night but now I'm tired and I don't wanna walk anymore.

I hope it doesn't take the the rest of my life, until I find what it is I've been looking for."

Truth from Billy Joel.....

It is what it is....

Kiss.....

I hope you understand....:)
