I posted our new "Thread Hall of Fame", in the side-bar.
It's my way of thanking (and giving credit) to everyone, who has either contributed an enitre thread... an idea, which inspired a thread... or, a thread addition.
I will update the figures/totals periodically.  Thanks to everyone, for their continued participation regarding thread ideas... AND in the comment section!  I'm just the facilitator, and an entertainer of sorts.  Without you guys/gals... there is no blog!  Many Thanks!!!
Very Sincerely... Lynyrd.

BTW:  My favorite thread to research (so far) was totally off-topic.
It was Bob's "Watkin's Glen" Concert! LOL  After Katie... Bob was also my first official member.  He's been here from day one.  Actually... before day one.  He contacted me, and voiced interest before the blog even opened!
Bob... you rock brother.  Thanks for everything!  It's been an absolute pleasure having you.

A special thanks to Kimchi, who has done more behind the scenes, than anyone could ever imagine.
Katie... for being the perfect Hostess... my best friend, and co-personality.
Mary for her warm friendship and support... and all the other contributors, which are too many to mention.
OK... I'll mention a few, in no particular order:
Lynn, Stella, Pristash, Lurch, Marliese, V717, Beauders, Bedpan, Poirot, MattP, AC, LadyRam, 8/9 Baby, Shak El... and, of course, my old pal Circumstance!  Wherever you are, I hope the sun is shining bright on you!
Goodness... I really hope, I didn't forget any of the "regulars".  If I did, forgive me... it's the inherent danger in listing names like this! hahaha
Thanks Again Everyone... It's been a truly WILD ride!!! : )

Lynyrd, have you had more than 2 beers???

HA HA HA.

Lynyrd without you, this blog wouldn't be......

Oh, forgot to say "Thank YOU".

And...I'd like to thank my family, aunts, uncles, my 10th grade English teacher, and my mysterious nanny...

HA HA. Just kidding.

Bobby, thank you, I sincerely appreciate that.

I liked St. Circumstance too, especially the lack of pretense in his posting style. Other than a few words on Col's blog, haven't seen him in awhile.

Noticed your comment awhile back about the Bills...we'll have to chat sometime about WNY. I was transplanted in SoCal but have deep roots and heart string ties to the Niagara Frontier.

Katie, your tenth grade English teacher must've been superb!

Wanted to chat last night about Casey Anthony but got on too late, you were gone for the night. I'm just sick about this.

Balls...

I forgot LYNN... one of my absolute favorites!

I just knew listing names was a bad idea... especially in the middle of the night, after a couple beers!

Lynn... I added your name to the beginning of the list.

I essentially made two lists... one for the side-bar project, and one for the thread.
The chances of me, getting them both 100% accurate, was against the odds. LOL
Homer Simpson: DOE!!!!!!

This is what happens, when things are published, before Katie proof-reads. LOLOL

Sorry Lynn. : (

Eh... you know we all love you! : )

I'd like to thank the Academy...

Good point Bob.
It's been great having Marliese around.

I enjoyed the Watkins Glen thread, because that was very much within driving distance for me, and something I really would have enjoyed.
I could picture myself there, as I viewed all the photos!
That must have really ROCKED! LOL
The sheer numbers of folks involved, was staggering.

Hats off to you and your blog Lynyrd!

When I first started reading about this case 25+ years ago, I used to dream about a place like this where I could discuss the case w/ people who were also interested in trying to figure out all the who/what/where/why that left me puzzeled. Now, thanx to places like your blog I can have (usually) rational conversations about TLB and not feel like I'm some kinda nutcase!

Glad to contribute what I can, and thanx to all for lettin me be part of the "family" :)

Hi Ladyram! I wish you'd stop by more often!!

I also LOVE The Lion King. I must've seen it 100 times!

Back in the 80's I was at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA, and the parade theme that day was The Lion King.

They were singing "I Just Can't Wait to be King". I got so caught up in it, I was running, jumping & singing right along side of them!!

Even to this day, when I hear "The Circle of Life", I get teary-eyed. LOL.

Hi Katie! Thanks! It feels great to be missed :) And about Lion King...I knew there was a reason I liked you from the very get go! LOL

Circle of Life makes me BOO HOO it too....

Katie...I absolutely loved reading all your comments on the Casey Anthony trial. I can't agree with you more.

Did anyone see the interview by Dr. Drew of the woman who worked for Leonard Padilla, the bounty hunter who put up the bail money for Casey back in 2008?? She lived at the Anthony house for nine days and had some very interesting insight! Check it out on HLN if you get the chance.

One of the things she said was that she and Casey were watching a TV show about teens and drinking. The topic came up about date rape and Casey asked her if she knew about GHB (the date rape drug). Anyway she said, "Yeah, you're talking about ether." Casey corrected her and said, "No...chloroform!" oo ee oo

She also told how she had picked up a photo album of Caylee and was commenting on how beautiful Caylee was. Suddenly Casey came over with an album of herself and Lee when they were kids and she laid it directly over the album of Caylee and told the woman, "Don't look at those...look at these!"

This gal was devastated at the jury's verdict and told Dr. Drew that she had come out point blank and asked Casey, "We're not going to find Caylee, are we Casey?" Casey answered without words..just an eerie half smile and changed the subject!!!

That poor baby never stood a chance. I only hope that those jurors can live with themselves. They used Baez' effin BS to get themselves out of there and back home!!!

Hey, do ya'all suppose we could get Zanny the Nanny to kidnap CASEY?? Doesn't that sound like a good idea?? Then someone could chloroform HER and give her a hysterectomy while she's out..yeah, yeah that's the ticket!! I like that one...don't you???

All kidding aside, it breaks my heart to see that video of Caylee singing, "You Are My Sunshine." And if her mother isn't responsible for her demise, then who is, folks?

RIP Caylee Marie....justice WILL be yours one fine day.

G'Nite all....and Lynyrd, thanks again for a place where I can get it all off my chest XXOOXXOO

Thanks, Lynyrd. Your blog is awesome!

How close are you to Needham, Mass?

katie8753 said...

Hi LadyRam. I didn't see that interview, but I will check it out.

That is soooo creepy. But I have to believe it's all true. I've seen Casey in action. She can go from mad, to sad to happy in about 3 seconds.

She's a she-demon.

I don't think she will have her "beautiful life" like she thinks. It's all gonna blow up in her stupid face, and I can't wait until that day I read about it in the papers or see it in the news.

If we're still blogging...I'll share with a mighty yell!!!! HA HA.
