Anthony Dimaria finishing Documentary on Jay Sebring

DiMaria was only 3 at the time, and his memories of Sebring, who was 35 when he was killed, were of romping with Sebring when he visited the DiMaria family in Las Vegas.

One impact of the murder? “I sleep facing the bedroom door. I know that people can come in and slaughter me and the people I love,” DiMaria said.

His documentary and his acting “are rooted in storytelling, they’re not separate. Both are my lifelong endeavors,” DiMaria said. “Both are examinations of the human spirit.”

The human spirit could use some closer examination in today’s troubled world, where violence and art walk together but seldom in sync.

It's interesting that Anthony says he sleeps facing the door out of fear. Patty mentioned being fearful too. Travis Alexander's brother said in his victim impact statement that he couldn't take a shower without constantly opening his eyes, for fear that Jodi would stab him too.

These families who have lost loved ones to violent crime are wounded, not only with the loss of a loved one, but the loss of security and safety. They sharply have a knowledge that your home is not your haven, but can be a place of vicious, horrific murderous activity. They literally live in fear the rest of their lives. Surely the parole board can take that into account when deciding parole for these monstrous killers.

I certainly wish the family members of the victims to have peace, to be able to lay their heads on their pillows and get to sleep, without worry about monsters under the bed, or climbing through their windows.

Speaking of Arias, Katie, Nancy Grace is claiming that Arias is pregnant. I guess her fiancé is a man, and they already had a quickie behind the soda machine.

Beauders, LOL.

Omg...behind the soda machine! Lmao. That's funny. I wonder who or where Nancy Grace came up with that ridiculous story. Maybe she was being sarcastic. User that Jodi is, I can't imagine she'd get married this early on in her life without parole existence. More likely she needs to string along a parade of monkey boy types to keep her candy account full. Can't you just imagine the losers that send her stuff and try to get in to see her? And I don't know, but Is she even allowed in-person contact visits? Maybe so. Awhile ago though it was reported on one of the shows about her that she was allowed very limited visitation, and only behind glass with her being locked in on the other side...punishment for calling a guard a "c&@k blocker" ...can't you just hear her? Though who knows how credible that story is too. But I can just imagine what a dirty little nasty bitch she is with the guards!

Hi Marliese! I can well imagine Jodi calling the guard a cockblocker. As meek as she pretended to be during her trial, she showed her true colors at her sentencing when she announced to Travis' family that he was alive when she tried to cut his head off. The final cruel blow she could deliver before they slammed the door shut behind her for good. She's truly a sociopath.

From what I've read, she can't have contact with other people outside the prison system. But, in remembering all her sexual antics, it's possible she could have sex with someone even if she's separated from him by bars. LOL.

She could do it, for sure Lol! I think eventually she'll end up doing years and years in isolation. She operates from such manipulation that they'll only be able to control her by separating her completely. The prison knows the likes of her, and they're probably stacking up the infractions to justify locking her off alone. Sheriff Joe had her under control where she was before..."I run this jail, not Jodi Arias!"
I'll bet she's just such a bitch to the female guards, but not the men...

Yeah Marliese she'll be in isolation which will drive her crazy. She loves attention. She bragged once that she will have a long life span. I hope so. That will be the end of her.

Maybe Arias has taken up with a guard.

Beauders, LOL. I'll bet the guards have seen smarter than Arias.

The documentary by DiMaria was finished and released in 2009. It was called simply 'Sebring'. Try to find it now. It has been scrubbed. As has almost all record of it.

I just watched it for free on YouTube. It's called Jay Sebring: Cutting to the truth. It was very good.

I was however shocked by the ending. According to Jay's lawyer. he had drawn up divorce papers for Sharon from Roman because she and Jay were back together and he also implied that the baby belonged to Jay.
