Scoop: DATELINE: ON ASSIGNMENT on NBC - June 16, 2016

All-new "Manson" Airs Thursday, June 16 at 8p/7c
Keith Morrison takes a compelling new look at the Manson murders, the mystery that gripped the country during the summer of '69. The one-hour special features rarely-seen footage from the NBC archives, including interviews with Charles Manson and the late-prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi. Morrison also speaks with key players in the case, including: Barbara Hoyt, former Manson family member; Debra Tate, victim Sharon Tate's sister; Anthony DiMaria, victim Jay Sebring's nephew; Virginia Graham, key witness for the prosecution and Jerry DeRosa, first officer on the scene of the murders of Tate, Sebring and three others.

Thanks Venus!
OK I watched this show, and Anthony DiMaria said that Jay was supposed to be in Las Vegas that night. I've never heard that.
Venus or Katie,
Do you know
Is it on again tonight June 17 10 pm as noted in the post ?
I was all wrapped up in OJ drama last nite & forgot to record the date line show.
Thanks.
Sorry, I just figured it out nights. Thanks for the post Venus.
TWO NIGHTS
Katie, Sebring was supposed to be in Las Vegas that night but couldn't get a flight.
Bobby I don't know if it's on or not.
Thanks Beauders, I didn't know that.
If Jay wasn't supposed to be at Cielo Drive that night, how come some people say he was the reason for the hit? Doesn't make sense to me.
I didn't know about Jay going to Vegas either Katie. I'm wondering why that wasn't in the police report?
I know Jean I had never heard that in all these years. Beauders, how did you find out about that?
It's in most of the books including "Helter Skelter."
Sorry not enough sleep the Dateline special was supposed to be two nights
Anyway ho hum same old same old both Robert Hendrickson & George Stimson were contacted by Dateline they apparently weren't interested in anything but the Same old Helter Skelter & Jeff Quinn the new mouthpiece since the bug's passing
Thanks William. That show was advertised to include "new" photos & footage but I didn't see anything that looked new.
Funny how they had Debra, Anthony & Babs on to talk about Van Houten. Seems like they could have found someone related to the LaBiancas to talk to. Whatever happened to Suzanne? She was all over the place and then vanished.
